Please let us know your Date of Birth for competition class entry. This is entirely confidential and is only used to confirm eligibility to Adult or Junior classes. Any artist under the age of 18 on July 31st 2024 MUST ask for an Adult to sign the declaration and agree to competition rules on their behalf. Junior Artist must be aged 15, 16 or 17 on July 31st 2024. We are sorry but we cannot accept submissions for this competition from any artist under 15 on on 1st May 2024. The undersigned will give permission for the Artist to Submit and must agree to the competition Terms Below.
